In the Acellus social studies courses, including America and Middle School Geography, Dr. Levin combines her well-founded expertise and great love of the subject to engage students in an inspiring learning experience. Dr. Levin has had vast experience in at-risk education, curricular work, administration, and teacher instruction during more than forty years of teaching both stateside and internationally. As a Professor of Education at Avila University in Kansas City, Missouri, Dr. Levin teaches courses at the graduate and undergraduate levels. Here she has been awarded with numerous honors, including the Avila Medal of Honor and Avila School of Education Teacher of the Year Award.
