Kris Scheuerman is recognized for his contribution to Acellus in the German II course. Mr. Scheuerman received a Bachelor of Arts in German Language and Literature, followed by a Master of Arts in Curriculum and Instruction, both at the University of Missouri at Kansas City. He was named the 2013 Kansas World Language Teacher of the Year by The Kansas World Language Association, and has served as a chaperone and guide for a biennial, summer-time trip to Germany. In addition to a full teaching schedule at Shawnee Mission West High School, Mr. Scheuerman enjoys coaching the Shawnee Mission West Baseball Team.
