Emily Brown

Acellus Course Instructor

Emily Brown is recognized by the International Academy of Science for her contribution to Acellus in the Spanish I, II, and III courses. Ms. Brown received a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish and Latin American Studies from the College of Wooster in Ohio, followed by a Master of Arts in Spanish from West Virginia University in Morgantown, WV. She has taught 2nd and 3rd Grade in bilingual classrooms in Texas, and has taught Spanish and English as a second language in Kansas. Ms. Brown is certified in Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, Bilingual Generalist-Spanish, and Spanish (PK-12). In 2017, she received National Board Certification in World Languages with a focus on Spanish. Ms. Brown currently serves as a North American Cultural and Language Assistant in Spain.
