Acellus Course Instructor

Ms. Hillman unleashes all her energy, excitement and passion for Science in the Acellus Grade 5 and Grade 4 Science courses, where she guides students through difficult concepts and explosive lab experiences. With over 15 years of teaching experience, she currently teaches in Olathe, Kansas, where she inspires young scientists to become successful learners. Ms. Hillman was recognized as the Kansas State Finalist for the Presidential Award for Excellence in Science Teaching (2012). She has also received the Educator Excellence (E2) Award from Olathe Public Schools and has repeatedly been honored as Teacher of the Year and Master Teacher of the Year. Through Ms. Hillman's dynamic approach to teaching, students find a love and appreciation for Science.
