Acellus Releases New CTE Course — Principles of Agriculture

“Principles of Agriculture” is a new Acellus CTE course that draws from subject matter covered in the Agriculture I and II courses, providing schools with an integrated, single-year option to meet curricular standards. It also gives students an Agriculture introductory course alternative. 

Acellus AgricultureThe new course combines an overview of animal and plant science — topics covered separately in Agriculture I and II — to create an integrated foundation from which students can branch out into specific sectors of the industry.

We believe Principles of Agriculture will give schools more flexibility in aligning their course offerings to state and district standards and will give students more options in planning an agriculture-related career track.
