A new form of glass, developed by scientists who were conducting research on alternative adhesive materials, has a significant potential to change our lives when it comes to what to do with broken glass. The special properties of this polymer glass include repairing cracks by merely applying brief, mild pressure.

The thought of repairing a cracked cellphone glass protector instead of having to remove and replace it is more than appealing. Of course, from there, the possible applications are endless.
